Our online plans a.k.a (paperless) mail forwarding are ideal for the individuals on the go or in need of faster solution to standard mail forwarding. Online plans (Individual, Individual Color, Small Business and Expatriate) are geared to the specific needs of our customers. The Individual/Individual Color Plans are best suited for professionals/travelers, vacationers and or students who need quick access to their mail and expect to have average mail receipts on a monthly basis. You will receive mail on the prearranged schedule that you set. If you have mail that is urgent and would like to be alerted when your mail has arrived, let us know and we will be happy to give you a call upon arrival and scanning. Most online mail forwarding plans, with the exception of the Individual Online (B/W) have free CD archival. Your back up CD will be sent to you monthly, unless you state otherwise. CD's are sent on the last day of each month.  For those who expect to receive a high volume of mail, our Online Small Business and Online Expatriate Mail Receiving / Forwarding plans are the best solution. Small Business owners you will receive  the same as above but with 750 image scans per month. If you expect, or need greater capacity please contact our sales department to make alternative arrangements. Our preferred method of contact is by e - mail Sales@americanmailnt.com Online (paperless) expatriate mail forwarding services are for those who expect to travel overseas for an extended period of time. You can arrange to have your mail and small packages forwarded at a schedule that is most suitable for you. If your address is not constant or if you need to have mail stored, we offer mail storage for expatriate customers. Expatriates may have up to three names on the same account at no additional cost.
