A. It is suggested that you leave a refundable $25.00 shipping deposit.
If a deposit is not on record we will e-mail you with a invoice when we have to ship to you

A. PS Form 1583 is a form required by the postal service. This form allows you to designate AmericanMailnet LLC as your mail receiving agent. Two forms of identification are required. Spouses may complete and sign one PS Form 1583. Two forms of valid identification apply. One must be a picture identification of addressee. Acceptable identification includes: Valid drivers licence or state issued non drivers identification card. government, university, or corporate identification card; passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization; current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust; voter or vehicle registration card; or a home or vehicle insurance policy. The U.S.P.S requires the original PS Form 1583.
