By clicking the "I accept box", you (Tenant) are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the AmericanMailnet.com Mail Forwarding Service Agreement. You must click "I accept" for service to begin.

By completion of USPS Form 1583 you (Tenant) are appointing AmericanMailnet.com, AmericanMailnet LLC (AMN) as receiving agent for any and all mail addressed to you (Tenant). Before mail can be received a signed and notarized USPS Form 1583, plus accompanying documentation, must be on file, a copy of which will be forwarded to the USPS. A Notary may be found locally or at your nearest US Consulate ( See our expatriate page for a partial listing of US Embassies and Consulates ) We can not accept faxed or e-mailed copies. American Mailnet LLC frequently updates, modifies and continuously seeks to improve its service. Such modifications, changes, updates dictate that we reserve the right from time to time, and without notice to you, change this Agreement at our sole and absolute discretion. By clicking the "I Accept" box the Tenant agrees to be bound by the modifications to the Mail Forwarding Service Agreement. You may view the most recent version of the Mail Forwarding Service Agreement by clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" link located on the Home Page .

The Tenant hereby subscribes for mail forwarding service. You will be given the opportunity to review pricing and to select which service meets your needs.

For online, non traditional, subscribers, you are authorizing AmericanMailnet.com to open all mail in your behalf, scan into our system, make and archive copies.

Online subscribers may elect to exclude certain mail from being scanned/opened. Online subscribers must submit a copy of the Do Not Scan List. If we do not have a Do Not Scan list on file, above ( #5) will apply. Forward Do Not Scan List to AmericanMailnet LLC, PO Box 22, New Britain, CT 06050

To receive encrypted e - mail, Tenant must provide AMN with a valid Digital ID. AMN is not responsible for providing, validating or maintaining submitted Digital ID's.

Forwarding fees are subject to change. All monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month. Overage charges will be applied to all mail/parcels received in excess of the monthly subscribed allotment. Online subscribers will be charged an additional .50 per image scan. Traditional subscribers will be charged $1.00 per additional pound.

You authorize AmericanMailnet.com to charge your credit card for services and any associated fees. No Refunds are granted unless stated in the terms of the Mail Forwarding Service Agreement or at AMN's sole discretion. Service becomes delinquent and subject to interruption or cancellation if payment is not received by your monthly billing date. Resumption of service will resume when payment of the monthly fee and $10.00 late fee are received.

You agree that AmericanMailnet.com has sole discretion to dispose of any mail on account's that are delinquent for more than 30 days.

All COD/Postage Due mail will be refused.

Unless specified in your service plan, AMN is for mail forwarding only, and parcels will be forwarded to your default delivery address. The Tenant will be responsible for shipping charges and $5.00 service fee per package.

In no event shall AMN be liable for damages to mail/parcels. You agree to be fully responsible for any and all customs and or naturalization fees, taxes or other charges related to shipping parcels to the Tenant.

AMN reserves the right to change mail forwarding address. Tenant will receive a sixty day notice prior to any changes.

You agree that use of mail forwarding service is at your (Tenant) sole risk. The service is provided on a “As Is”, “As Available” basis. AMN makes no warranty that the service will meet users requirements, that mail will be uninterrupted, timely or error free. AMN does not warranty any connection to or any transmission over the Internet.

Any information, data, material, downloaded from the AMN web site is at the users sole discretion and the Tenant shall be solely responsible for any damages resulting to the computer system(s), or loss of data that may result from downloading any such data/material.

You understand that it is your responsibility to provide the Internet connection(s) and all necessary hardware, software and equipment necessary to access the service.
